The Story of British Airways Flight 602 (Comedy)

Captain Sinclair’s voice crackled over the loudspeaker, “This is Captain Sinclair speaking. On behalf of my crew, welcome aboard British Airways flight 602 travelling from New York to London.”

The passengers settled into their seats, excited for the journey ahead. Little did they know, the journey was about to take a drastic turn.

“At the moment, we are riding at 35,000 feet over the Atlantic. If you look out the starboard windows, you can see that both the starboard engines are on fire,” Captain Sinclair continued.

Panic began to set in as passengers scrambled to look out the windows. Sure enough, both engines were engulfed in flames.

“You can observe that the port engines have fallen off if you look out of the windows on the port side,” Captain Sinclair’s voice was calm, but the passengers could sense the urgency in his tone.

The passengers on the port side of the plane pressed their faces against the windows, only to see that the engines were indeed missing.

“If you look down towards the Atlantic, you will see a yellow life raft with three people on it waving at you. That’s me, your captain, the co-pilot, and our flight attendant,” Captain Sinclair continued.

The passengers looked down in shock, as they saw the three figures waving frantically in the tiny raft below.

“This is a recorded message. Have a good flight,” Captain Sinclair’s voice concluded.
