Flying Through the Storm: An Airline in the Time of COVID-19

Amidst the pandemic’s fray, An airline struggles to stay, Its planes no longer soar, As the virus makes them sore.

Empty seats and masks worn tight, A new norm that feels not right, But it’s what we must do, To keep each other safe and true.

Cleaning crews work overtime, Disinfecting every climb, And flight attendants stand, With gloves and sanitizer in hand.

Passengers board with fear and doubts, Will they make it to their route? But the pilots stay strong, Knowing they’re where they belong.

Through turbulence and troubled skies, We’ll keep flying, never dies, For even in these times, We’ll keep moving forward, lines.

The end of this pandemic is near, And hope will soon be here, We’ll look back on these days, And remember the new ways.

We’ve adapted and we’ve grown, And we’ll keep flying on and on, For the love of the open skies, And the freedom it provides.
