So…You want to be a Ramp Agent?

As a Station Attendant or Ramp Agent, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our planes are fully prepared for safe, secure, and on-time departures. You’ll be responsible for a range of tasks, including refueling aircraft, refilling water supplies, loading cargo, and pushing back planes. You’ll also be in charge of loading luggage for connecting flights, working as part of a team to keep our fleet moving efficiently.

To qualify for this role, you’ll need to be eligible to work in Canada and have a valid driver’s license. You must also be available to work in shifts and be able to lift 70lbs. You’ll need to pass a medical evaluation, including a drug and alcohol test, and you may need to obtain and maintain certain transportation security clearances and authorizations.
